Hello, just wondering if people can tell me about the COVID situation in Kenya and about the quality of health facilities in general (I had a heart attack two years ago and my wife also had breast cancer) as we require semi-annual check-ups and various medications.

I do know Nairobi is where lots of expats from neighbouring countries fly to for anything serious, if they're not flying back home.
