School fees in thailand - Taxable?

Hi,
Can anyone advise whether the free school places offered to children of teachers are a taxable benefit?

I'm struggling to find the information online and with two children it's quite a big chunk of my salary.

Not by Thailand, your HOR may differ. Both US and UK consider them as taxable income.
