True or False= Dubai becoming Walt Disney-a-la-Arabia ?

My husband and I have been noticing that there
are a number of posts in here and on
other websites about Dubai's
every increasing problem with mismanaged construction sites,
bad traffic jams, dangerous and reckless driving, and
the fact that the place has very little culture
(more like a Walt Disney-a-la-Arabia)...not to mention
ever increasing costs.
We are really surprised to find out that Dubai American School is even feeling the housing crunch.
So it this all true or are folks over-exagerrating ?

are you still teaching tehre or will you be moving on due to these reasons ?
