So, there's been a school shooting (by a student, nothing to do with the drug war) at Colegio Americano de Noroeste. If anyone on the forum works there, I hope you're okay. I didn't realize these types of American-style student shootings every happened in international schools.

They do with far, far, far, far, far less frequency than they happen in DE. Its just doesn't happen, mainly on the availability of firearms. In Japan in 2015 their were 6 firearm discharges in the course of violence, for the whole country for the whole year and that includes law enforcement. This is however Mexico, firearms are easy to acquire.
