Hokkaido International School (any info?)

Anyone have any information about this school or its director, Rick Branson?
I asked this question on another topic, but wanted to create another thread for info just about this school.

I don't know very much about Hokkaido, except that it is a pretty small school in the northern part of Japan. However, Rick is a great guy. He used to be a director of a small school in Michigan, and then he and his wife worked for a couple of years at an International School in Brazil - Rick as an English teacher and his wife, Sarah, as a Biology teacher. Therefore, he isn't just one of these directors with no real educational background that is just hopping around the World on some sort of sight-seeing expedition. I would work for him in a heart beat.
