Since most schools limit the amount of years of experience you can have (usually between 5 and 10) as a new hire they don't tend to care if you have a masters degree or ten. Most like to advertise that their teachers have masters degrees so having it is a good thing.

In my experience, usually, only two degrees help you out.

To make a short answer long... no. I have never heard of that happening.

No not really, almost all schools have limits and caps on their salary scale, typically between 5-10 years. Most schools only have a Masters/Graduate degrees scale or a Masters/Doctorate graduate scale. No matter the number of Masters degrees your still in that scale. Some schools will give you extra if you have a graduate degree in education and one in your teaching field, but its usually only a very small percentage of salary. Some schools (particurley american schools) have a BA, MA, MA +15, MA +30, Doctoral scale (or similar). Though they arent nearly as common.
