what's up at IS Beijing?

So... has something happened at International School of Beijing? Both Search and TIE are listing no fewer than 28 openings at the school. Either they're experiencing a massive turnover or massive growth. Which is it?

Its turnover, BUT its not as bad as it looks. I've heard there adding/changing a new curriculum, and that there are some admin changes, on top of that there is a minot issue with pensions and taxes. So whats happening is ISB doesnt know whats going to happen (if anything) and there building a potential candidate pool.
