Hi all,
I am sure this has been asked and answered somewhere in this forum, but seeing as I can't seem to wrap my head around the search function...
I'm curious what people think in terms of applying for the same position on more than one recruiting platform? I have applied for a job on SA, but saw the same job posted on Shrole, and am wondering if it's a bad idea to apply on there as well or if it would boost my chances of being seen.
Definitely don't want to be seen as if I am clogging up their apps and thus, be a nuisance. But also am quite keen on the job and want to get an interview.
Curious what y'all think.

Use Only One Platform to Apply...?
Response
Thats a hard inquiry to answer definitively. Different recruiters and leadership will have different answers, and thats in addition to a lack of standardization in application management, and that assumes an IS thats well organized.
My general position in these cases is to apply wherever and whenever you find the vacancy, theres just too many unknown factors to take a risk your application is overlooked or screened differently depending on the application channel. The only way your going to have to answer why you submitted multiple applications across different platforms is if your being asked in an interview, and the answer of "maximizing my chances of having my resume/application seen and getting this interview" is a very reasonable and acceptable answer.
