The International Schools Review Forum

I am seeking some information on UWC Phuket/Thailand.
From what I can read off of their website, the school seems genuinely interesting and a good spot to work.
But does anyone have a first hand experience at the school?
What is it like to work there?
What is the package like? Any ballpark figure of the salary? Staff accommodation (teaching couple, no kiddos)?

Any info would be appreciated!
