Was curious about Carney-Sandoe as a recruiter. What is their reputation?

They seem to more US based for independent and private schools but do the have much of an IS presence? Do their recruiters go out of their way to find you a job or are they more like ISS/Search and it is mostly up to the candidate? Seems like they do not have searchable jobs database so it appears they are more proactive in finding jobs for teachers.

Wondering for the long term as in the future I might wish to sign up with them. Have not read of them mentioned here.

There are several posts in forum 1 about Carney-Sandoe. They specialize more in leadership appointments. For ITs they provide a more personal experience but they dont approach IT recruiting as executive recruiters. They employ more of a matching approach, but they arent going to pitch you to recruiters or leadership.
