insurance in China

I am looking at a contract to teach in Guangdong China, the medical insurance is designated by SAFEA, but I currently hold a policy in the US. Any advice on how to maintain coverage when I get back to the States?

When I was in Asia I had international insurance that worked very well for me in the states and in Asia. I'm sorry I can't think of the name right now, but it was an international company. I paid in full for all care and then they reimbursed me. My school provided it.
