Thanks so much. I was actually wondering about the IB schools. We do not have any IB experience; should we seek out workshops or training?

My experience has been that most IB schools look for teachers who already have IB training and experience. Perhaps with the teacher shortage this is changing.

What's ironic is that you don't even need to be a teacher to teach IB. As long as you have 3 days of IB training you're in. My daughter had an IB biology teacher who had a biology degree and 3 days of IB training.
