Summer teaching anywhere in the world?

Does anyone know of any summer school or other interesting and/or well paid work for teachers anywhere in the world?

I used to work for the British Council summer program in Hong Kong and thoroughly enjoyed it. You didn't make enough to save, but well enough to pay your way there and back, and to live in the relatively expensive city.

A number of organizations have ESOL camps over the summer, you typically find them on Daves ESL Cafe. ET work though is year round, most ITs just take a few months slide into whatever the local ESOL market is for summer work until the year starts if they really need the coin.
