"And what motivates the psychopath is the desire to take what he, or she, wants regardless of the consequences. He is insensitive to all but his own needs; his inability to recognize the needs or rights of others means that he sweeps them casually aside or simply uses them for his own ends."

There is no flaw in my logic, logic doesnt give you a conclusion, it allows you to assess if a conclusion is valid.

There are no limits to my pursuit of happiness, or anyone elses. The pursuit of happiness is not synonymous with the outcome happiness, it is inevitable that at some point opposing pursuits will intercept and interfere with one another. Those do not mitigate the pursuit in of itself too happiness. I am not entitled to happiness, and if by happiness we define that as a tour of a celebrity home, than I am entitled to pursue that outcome, that doesnt mean Im entitled to actually get it. @Illiane_Blues family member is entitled to not give tours, which she can cease doing at any time, all she has to do is not give them.

Do you have a source for this criminal claim of misrepresentation for gaining access to a home. Even so its only a crime if convicted, given the nature of the alleged incident, thats highly unlikely to reach the standard of beyond reasonable doubt.
@Illiane_Blues sister in law as not forced to do anything, unless someone had a weapon to her head she choose to hire an assistant. She choose to spend the coin on an assistant.
Time is not coin, time is time, coin is coin.

No I didnt, I wrote that it MAY influence my decision, not that it would.

Im pretty sure she doesnt know and I only post from experience, research and reliable and trusted resources, and Im highly confident in my data.

So? Your logic can then still be flawed. Which it is.

As mentioned, she's entitled to not give tours to people who will never buy the house. Her job is to give tours to potential buyers you know. Not to anyone else.

> Even so its only a crime if convicted

No, something is a crime if declared as such by the relevant and applicable law.
The next step is being convicted for this crime. You mean that they might not get convicted for it, but then it can still be a crime.

If you don't have enough time to do your work because of people who misrepresent themselves to gain access to private homes, then you're forced to hire an assistant, or have less time and sell fewer houses, so then it would also cost her money.
It's a simple case of cause and effect, and there are only 24 hours in a day.
Why doesn't NYC have only 38 officers instead of the 38,000+ it actually has? There are too many criminals, so they're forced to hire more.

> No I didnt, I wrote that it MAY influence my decision, not that it would.

The fact that you state that her looks and her relational status MAY influence your willingness to help is not ok.
There shouldn't be any chance that her looks would influence your decision to save her life at all.
Try telling her hypothetical family that they would still have her in their lives if only she was a bit better looking...

That means you have access to her bank account?
@Thames Pirate knows how much she saves, you don't. You can only guess, she knows it for sure.
Data? Why don't you post how much she saves per year and perhaps even how you arrived at that number, I'm sure she won't mind, right @Thames Pirate? Or do you just shout something and refuse to back it up? No data, no point.

So I'll try to refrain from engaging further (for real this time), since you're just repeating your flawed logic and your attempts to justify questionable ethics, which just means I have to repeat myself, ad infinitum.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that he won't be able to back it up.

If that were true he definitely would not know more about horses and would know better than to make that claim. Also, I don't marry sociopaths and psychological liars.

My logic could be flawed, but its not, but you didnt understand what logic was.

Shes absolutely entitled to not give tours, and others are absolutely entitled to use deception to obtain tours. One parties interests does not invalidate another parties interests. Its not her job, its her business, she choose this business she choose to provide tours.

No, people are innocent until proven guilty, there is no crime until there is a conviction.

No your not forced to hire anyone, make more time in your schedule. Its costing her money because its a cost of doing business. None of this is cause and effect at best its a correlation, and its not even that.

Actually the amount of time in a day fluctuates and the earths rotational speed has decreased over time.

NYC isnt forced to hire more, they could hire 38 officers and make do with more crime. They could increase penalties, all crimes could be capital crimes, thus raising the consequences fewer crimes would be committed, even if the probability of being caught were greatly decreased.

Why is attractiveness not okay? Is that because you say its not okay? Why shouldnt the pretty people get more attention and a better quality of life, isnt that what makes the entire concept of social media and SC/IG work.

Hypothetically, I would have zero hypothetical issues having a hypothetical conversation with a hypothetical family over the callous loss of their hypothetical daughter, I will even send hypothetical flowers, and shed hypothetical tears and pray to a hypothetical deity to hypothetically guide me to being a better hypothetical human being, because hypothetically thats just the kind of hypothetical person I am.

As expected, the same flawed logic and questionable ethics.

And no, a conviction is being found guilty of a crime. The crime is already there, they just need to prove you did it. You did it, regardless of if they will. If I, of sound mind, intentionally murder someone without being provoked, and nobody finds out, I've still committed a crime.

And scientists agree, by an overwhelming majority, that the death penalty has no deterrent effect whatsoever. Although it's not proof (plenty of actual proof though), it's illustrative that the murder rate in states that do not have the death penalty is consistently lower than in states with the death penalty.
You're welcome to disagree with the scientific consensus of course.

The only flawed logic and assumption are yours.

No people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. No you havent.

Did these scientists survey those executed, I dont think so. Thats not the issue here, if we made all crimes capital crimes, who is going to risk execution for stealing a candy bar.

Sorry, according to Psyguy I cannot afford popcorn! Unless someone is willing to be a socialist and share?

You can have my (sweet) popcorn Thames Pirate, I need to jump in quickly. Don't eat it all, cause I'm back on the sidelines after this.

Used this quote in one of my lessons once, from a Reddit AMA with a federal judge:
"In convicting a criminal, the state simply certifies to something that has already happened. It is committing a crime, not being convicted of it, which makes an individual a criminal. A crime is a crime, regardless of whether or not the criminal has been caught and convicted or not."
