Are there actually GOOD schools advertising on sites other than the Big Ones(Search, ISS, UNI, TIE)? By Good I mean good salary and benefits and allowances and good educational practices.

COIS, they have a similar application process to SA, but they are free.
Schrole, an application management system for ISs. You can subscribe to save yourself the work of going through individual IS application portals but registration (which allows you to apply) is free and they have a job board:

There are some other players that get a vacancy here and there but you would spend more time doing that than just checking a bookmarks list of IS employment web pages.
