We disagree. Its about the recruitment experience. Its quality vs quantity, your data is misinterpreted. You favor the quantity position I favor the quality position.

Search has high quality jobs, teachers, and fairs. Yeah, the associates are a shtick, but the quality placements are real.

Not if you can't get the jobs you want because the schools are simply not recruiting through them. I don't care if the ISS offers to shine my shoes with their tongues if I don't get a good job.
