Applying through ISS or school's email

Hi, I finally finished creating my ISS account and uploading all my documents. Should I apply to schools that I'm interested (for the next school year) through the ISS website, or should I send some of my documents and an email to the school's job inquiry email, instead? Does it make a difference? I know some schools specify, but one of the schools I'm interested in didn't.

First, the rule is always follow the instructions in the vacancy post. Absent that, its advisable to apply directly by email. You can inform them you are repped in your intro/cover letter.

I always do both. If you're going to take the time to write a cover letter, you might as well make sure that they read it.
