Overseas Family

Overseas Family School has been around for a long time. Reviews are not that positive on ISR. Singapore is expensive and housing is very expensive. SAS is considered the 'top' school in terms of benefits. You'll be on a lower benefit scale than teachers there. Living expenses in Singapore can be high, so compensation should be appropriate.

Having taught and been a student in Singapore, Overseas was often seen in the second tier by both teachers and parents. Whether or not this is true or not is to be seen.

Overseas Family competes (in large part) with Tanglin and other schools for those students that could not get into SAS. Whenever we had students that for whatever reason were expelled from SAS, they went to Tanglin or Overseas.
