Schools with GOOD cross-country/track teams?

"Good" is relative. Since they are not year-round the athletes, they may not show the skill/talent level of NA athletes, but the IASAS schools have xc and track programs that the athletes take seriously and have access to excellent resources:

Cross-country is more like road racing due to lack of access to proper parks/trails.

Many of the schools in ISST also take xc and track and field seriously:

Same can be said for ME schools like ASD Doha and ASD Dubai and ACS Abu Dhabi:

Like stated above, the sports at the big Asian schools are not like high school sports in the US. That being said, the individual winners of the IASAS cross country meet in both the men's and women's races had times that would of qualified for the state meet in Florida. I believe the 9th grader from ISM would of placed in the top 50 or so, which is pretty solid.
