How do recess and supervision schedules work?

Hey, Mysharona - was not implying our duty schedule is a hardship. On the contrary, I think it's quite light. In my first overseas school the principal was a non-educator so she just assigned duties by the semester - and it was every day. She felt my friend was particularly good at supervising the cafeteria so she assigned her that duty all year. This second grade teacher NEVER had a duty free lunch. Again, evidence you need to be careful who you work for.

I know things aren't good at Puxi right now but hopefully the kids aren't paying the price for teachers' unhappiness. Two unpopular principals in a row is a tough pill to swallow but then there is always the option to move on. Hopefully the administrator doesn't follow!
