I would be careful, they can help you get a position but it's a business and they are looking to make money, not llok after your best interests as they tend to make out.

Like Psyguy says many of the positions are not that desirable and perhaps not as made out to be. Personal experience talking here.

You are much better applying directly yourself, researching and choosing the schools that will fufil your goals.

Hope that helps

St Andrews International School Bangkok

Hello

Looking for any information anyone has about St Andrews International School in Bangkok

Personal experiences working there? There is no review on the website. Seems a well established school.

I'm in my 2nd year of teaching in the middle East and keen for a change. How well resourced is the school and is it supportive?

Also how is the schools reputation for treating staff?

Any advice would be great :)

Cheers

Alphabet School Vietnam and Interview Advice!

Hello! can anyone offer me information about the alphabet school in Saigon? I have a second interview with the head this week. Any personal experiences that can be shared?

Also as a fairly new candidate to the international market what kind of questions can I expect to be asked? The Skype interview is an hour long and I have already had one with the head of Primary. I was asked the usual questions; behaviour, classroom management, assessment, EAL provision, strengths, weaknesses, good lesson, what I would bring to the school, extra curricular activities. Do you think these questions will be repeated or should I expect some thing different? I am currently teaching in the middle east.

Many Thanks in advance : :D
