What are the better schools in Buenos Aires?

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this message but I am researching a possible move to an American school in either Spain or Argentina. If you have any input to the following questions I would appreciate it:
1. Which place is better for bringing young children (who will attend the school where I teach hopefully) and "trailing" spouse?
2. Can a trailing spouse work freelance with US clients from these countries?
3. Are American schools in these countries located in an urban area, specifically are they easily accessible by walking or transit?
