I have a couple of thoughts:

1). Get the credits!!!! Start your own company with your rental house, and make yourself the CEO. Hustle in the summer. My check at 67 will be 1100$. not too shabby!! And don't get me started on Medicare!

2). Singles gotta save 25K, married make it an even 50K. Stop going to Starbucks!

3). Control your spending; you're not your students' parents. No LV bags or fancy brunches. Be a proud teacher!

We have been out 30+ years.... our net worth will fund a good retirement, and we aren't around for the Trump madness! And we have had a TON of fun seeing the world!
