Taiwan Entry

Anyone have any updates on Taiwan visa processing/entry restrictions? I've already moved on to the next adventure but it's hard to find clear news about what is going on and when teachers without residency can get in.

I'm currently trying to work in Brazil. Is your monthly salary paid at the exchange rate at that time or when you signed your contract? Or is it a fixed amount of reais? I lived in Brazil before but worked in an English school and was literally paid with an envelope of cash back when the exchange rate was 2:1 USD...times have changed.

How Competitve?

Hello Everyone,

I taught in South America from 2013-2016 and have since taught in the States. I am itching to go back abroad but I feel my hiatus from international schools may hinder my chances. I'm a highly qualified visual arts teacher and have my eye on South Africa. How competitive would you say these schools are compared to Europe? I was offered a part-time position in Germany but couldn't get an interview at the schools I was targeting. Thanks!
