Why don't you get an property management company to rent out/ collect your rent.We will be doing that. Most companies charge only 5% to 10% of the rent. They do check ups and do repairs if needed.

Hi Fraisninette,
Mainly we just don't want the responsibility. We love the idea of just cutting (what is the expression, when you cut the rope that's tying a boat to a dock?)-- cutting... that, and setting sail with no strings attached. Then we can really focus on our new country and new life. Wheee!

I'm very excited and know this will happen...but the realist/pessimist in me refused to let my husband throw out anything from Christmas...I'm such an "in case" person......I won't relax until after the Cambridge fair.....
