If your employer has sponsored your work visa and residency visa for Qatar, do you have to have your employer's permission to come and go from Qatar for holiday?

Yes.
You must have an exit permit. An employer can provide either a multi-exit permit, good for as many uses as you like in a year, or single-exit permits which have to be obtained just before each trip out. Most good schools provide single-exit permits on request, no issues. Some schools play power games and may hold the permit over teachers' heads. Ask current teachers before you move to a new school - are exit permits given easily?

Does anyone have information about the schools in Kazahktan Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools? The recruiters of course paint a great picture. I have read some of the post here in the school reviews. Do they really have a 10% tax on everything? What is their school year schedule like? They advertise you have two trips paid a year home, is that true? Any advise and help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
