We are looking to adopt a K-12 curriculum for a new international school and we are leaning towards the University of Cambridge International Examinations. What are people's thoughts on the rigor of this curriculum? Are other schools using this curriculum on its own or are they finding that they need to supplement it with other programs?

We will also be implementing the AP at the high school level using the AP Cambridge Capstone Program and Credential. We have selected this option because we would like a balance between academics and extracurricular activities.

Wondering if this plan will offer rigor and balance for students from all over the globe?

I don't think this is the place to be asking. Try AISHnet, HEADnet, PTCnet. Or TES, though that's not the perfect forum either, at least it's British. This one tends to be pretty American, though not exclusively.
